After a long process of shopping for tables I decided on the Joola Tour 2500. I decided on this table because I felt it was the perfect match of value and performance. And the table has been great.

The table was delivered without any issues. On assembly however, one on the frame pieces where the wheel screws in was not threaded correctly. I contacted Joola and a replacement piece was sent quickly and the problem was solved.

Yes the table is heavy, but that translates to a great playing surface. I really like the table, and all my friends that have come to play have agreed with my assessment. It is very sturdy and plays great.
I am not a huge fan of the net however. I believe the table is 8.5-9.0 out of 10, and the net is about a 7.0 out of ten.

The robot is not bad. For the price it is a great deal. However for that price, don't expect a robot that is going to last forever. It does not have the most durable feel to it. I only expect it to last a couple of years before something breaks on it. But for the price the value is there.
I did have an issue with the power cord not going in far enough on the unit which resulted in the machine shutting down if the table or machine was bumped at all. I simple took a razor blade and carved out a small amount of plastic where the power cord plugs into the unit and the problem is completely solved. So overall, for the price it is a great machine and it will help you tons on your game. If you have the money get a nicer one, but unless you are loaded get this one. Very happy with the purchase.
