I use 2 micron on a tibhar stratus power wood.
I have previously played for about 2~3 years and then went on a hiatus for 10, coming back to the tables recently.
This rubber feels very controllable and i think it is helping me adjust my technique to a proper state. Sometimes i wish i could produce more spin, but i think it is my own fault (lack of proper technique, being used to celluloid ball).
I like that the sponge is medium hardness, really helps with the plastic ball.
Since the stratus power wood is kinda fast on its own, the setup works very nice for me. My mistakes are very evident although the setup forgives some mistakes.
