I paired this to butterly kenta matsudaira alc blade, at first the rubber felt slow, i was looking to replace the rubber, but i noticed my co-workers couldnt return a good percentage of my normal serves, it produces some serious spin. When returning a backspin ball with backspin, this rubber GRABS the ball and gives good amount of backspin. Im more of a backhand player, so sometimes when they give me a backspin to my backhand, i flick it back with an intimidating speed, i put pressure on my opponents with just a flick. The speed is meh, BUT dont give up on it, you have to learn your strokes, the better your stroke, the rubber rewards you. The good thing is that when i ay doubles, if my partner sets up the opponent with a pop up ball, its slow enough to return the ball without going last the table, it surprised the hell out of me, so as far as speed goes, its good out the package, it keeps good, safe shots. I would most likely recommend this rubber to someone with an alc blade. This rubber, you cant just give up on it if its not working for you, you have to continuosly play with it and it will reward you.
I did boost it after a couple of months, i honestly didnt notice a difference(maybe i did the process wrong, idk, first time trying booster)
It honestly feels the same.
