DHS Fang Bo B2 X
My DHS Fang Bo B2X came in at 91.3g, 1442Hz, 6.1mm thick, from princett.com. This is now my favorite blade (out of ~40 blades). I needed a faster blade than the 7-ply clipper-like setup to compensate for lack of stamina in competitions (at 60+ age) against the youngsters. Due to the Limba top I can serve with a lot of spin and control, and with the inner carbon I am getting good acceleration from 3-6 ft behind the table. I am using Yinhe Moon medium sponge forehand, soft sponge backhand (not tacky) and these not to catapulty rubbers work really well with the blade. I also varnished the blade before gluing on the rubbers (recommended for Limba top layer) and sanded the edges, and I am using a Tannius grip tape (from Amazon).
For comparison, this blade is slower than the external carbon Yinhe Pro 01 (Viscaria clone), has more dwell time and roughly the same speed as the Yinhe Pro Feeling, faster than the Yinhe PD-437 (Limba top 7-ply, 1400Hz), more dwell time than the Yinhe PD-537 (walnut top 7-ply, 1400Hz), faster than the Yinhe 970 xx-A (1291Hz).
The handle is a little thinner than e. g. the new Sanwei blades (e. g. HC-5s) but the grip tape takes care of that.
So for me this is speed-wise a step up from the 7-ply clipper structure with similar control.
