Pros:

- Very fast!
- Extremely light for what it is capable of
- Good control
- Looks good

Cons:

- Low dwell time
- Fragile
- The handle curves to the top can be abrasive to fingers (this can be smoothened by sawing off the sharp edges, but I didn't dare to try damaging the bat)
