Been using this on FH of 5-ply OFF- all wood blade for about 1 year. Sponge is hard enough that I cannot bottom it out no matter how much I turn my body. It always has additional power/spin available. At the same time though, I can still compress the sponge even when my contact or position isn't ideal. Control is excellent for something this fast. It felt very comfortable immediately.
The biggest aspect I noticed is that it's easy to get my loops deep onto the table and low over the net with lots of speed. I flipped my racket around and tried it on my BH and was surprised that it worked so well for me. I normally use slower/softer stuff on my BH as it's not a strength in my game. Top-spinning sound is very loud and satisfying.
Highly recommended to all attackers for FH or BH. Only drawback is that the durability isn't the best. It's not bad, but after 40-80 hours of use I started to notice a significant decrease in performance. Considering you can get this for about $40 a sheet, it's easy to recommend.
