Butterfly Viscaria
For anyone considering a Viscaria i hope this helps. I have a Viscaria, Tim Boll ALC and a Tim Boll Spirit with Evoltion ELP on the forhand and FXP on the backhand, both max thickness. I play an attacking top spin game from mid and close distance.

The Tim Boll ALC is the fastest, more suited to mid distance, has good feeling but not very forgiving. It is quite direct with i would say a medium throw.

The Tim Boll Spirit is slightly slower than the TB alc, has less feeling but a bit more forgiving and seemed to work well both mid and close distance.. Again i would say a meduim through. But it felt dull due to lack of feeling.

The Viscaria......for me the right choice. Has great feeling, slightly slower than the other two, much more for giving, works both close and mid distance with a medium to high throw.

For me the Viscaria has more of a wood blade feel which i like, and for me the balance between speed and control is the best i have found to date. The blade is geared up for topspin attack. I would have liked to stay with a wooded blade but felt rather outgunned by carbon blades to for me the best option, unless anyone else knows different.
