Extremely fast, but the minimal spin and softness of the sponge makes it extremely easy to control topspin loops. Attacks close to the table and away from the table are also fairly easy. The reason I wouldn't recommend this rubber is that (for FH) it is somewhat sensitive to spin and has a spring sponge; thus, it is hard to have a strong short game. Also, this rubber is not strong for chopping. ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK! I recommend T80 if you're looking for short game without losing anything.
T64 is perfect for blocking and counterattacking and makes a fantastic FH and BH rubber as long as it fits your playing style!
