Fast speed incorporated with nice spin, this rubber is one of the best spinny short pips. It is faster and spinnier than the Friendship 802 short pips. However, it has relatively less deception or reversal compared with traditional short pips. If you are switching from inverted rubber to short pips, this can be a nice transition as it has many common characteristics as inverted rubbers. But if you are looking for a more traditional short pips with less spin sensitivity and more deception, I think there are better choices.
