Tried first on CD in 2.1 mm I found it pleasant in feel but with a throw angle too low and too long. I play with an acoustic carbon inner. A few months later I put it on my backhand in 1.9 mm and since then I haven't found anything better. It grips the ball well and is good in all areas near and far from the table. Plus you can have it in green! Very good covering
