What a beautiful little thing and I mean it literally since this is the smallest blade I've owned. Control estimation seems to be 9.2 right now but in my opinion it's not worse than my Koki Niwa Wood's 9.7. Niwa is just better when you play far from the table. I have two of these (both 78 grams). One with Andro Hexer Powergrip SFX 2.1 mm on both sides. SFX is way too soft and slow though the blade is rather stiff. Use at least 47.5 degrees rubbers. The other one has Fastarc G-1 Max (2.2 mm). Novacell OFF/S shows its best sides when you play close the table. I have only tested few carbon blades in my life and not a single balsa but so far this Novacell/G-1 combination is best for my slow reflexes. You don't have to have perfect technique with semi hard rubbers. I win most of my points hitting with only hand. OFF/S is also ideal for women and children because of the light weight and small handle.
