Donic Vario Clean Glue 90ml

$18.95 ($21.06/100ml)
4.0/5

90 ml bottle comes with 15 applicator sponges and one clip.

The new Donic Vario Clean glue has been developed according to the new ITTF regulations.

Without any volatile compounds, this water-based glue guaranties that the rubber sheet can be applied without any health risk.

Application:
• Apply the glue evenly on the blade and rubber sheet, using the clip tool and sponge included.
• After about 5 minutes apply the rubber to the blade, using a pressure roll or other means to apply even contact.

Storing the glue in a cool place is advised.

Made in Germany.

Around 8-10ml of glue are needed to assemble 2 rubber sheets to a blade. A 100ml bottle of glue assembles at least 10 rackets.

Reviews of Donic Vario Clean Glue 90ml (6)

Works great. The glue peels off very easily from the blade which makes changing rubbers very easy. One layer is plenty to hold any rubber on to a blade. Use slightly more for porous blades. Blades with hard outer plies only need on layer. Great product at a great price

A little runny trying to do rubbers that are domed or curled and porous sponges required extra glue. No other complaints, off to try the next glue out there. Better then the Free Chack 2 and 3, used both and are very clumpy and hard to clean

Good

This glue is terrible, completely trash product. Doesn't stick well after drying. The sponges mess up the gluing as well.

I was told that this is the glue with which Megaspin assembles their rackets. One layer of this glue bonds well but still allows for easy removal of the rubber. The selling point is the easy removal of leftover glue: it can be rubbed off with the thumb in a few seconds. I found that most of the glue sticks to the blade, which makes it simpler to remove.
