Great combo! By now most people know that tenergy is a go to rubber for many top professionals, but man has it improved my game. I'm a pretty tall guy so I've always had a powerful forehand and this combo has only increased the pressure I can put on my opponent. My game away from the table has improved drastically as well, even blocking has gotten more precise. I would recommend this combo to any advanced players, the price is definitely worth it.

My previous setup was the timo boll all round blade with DHS hurricane 3 neo on both sides. This was my first custom blade. I was a upper beginner when I bought it. It was good for quick counters with heavy spin. However, after becoming much more of an intermediate player, I found that paddle's weakness, it was too slow, especially away from the table. I really had to exert myself to get a good killshot or play away from the table.
I dropped the money and got the timo boll alc with tenergy 05. Best decision ever. Much faster, more spin, decent control. Its everything I was asking for. Lots say it is hard to push, and I can see why they would say that. It does not have much vibration so you cannot feel how hard you are pushing. Become a good pusher if you want to move to this, it makes it easier to adapt. Now obviously pushing is not what this paddle was made for, but it is still apart of a game.
