The greater the number the better control. So if you have rubber with control of 90 and the other one with control of 65 it means the first one would be easier to control. In terms of numbers these are just numbers. Please remember that the faster the blade or rubber the less control it has !!!!! Sometimes these numbers do not mean a lot until you try the blade or rubber itself or just ask others that play with it.
