Have youglued F3 before? I have never played with it but from what i have heard, and the advice Donic gives ('Under no circumstances should this be used with speed glue'). Havent plaed it but im just warning you.

Are you going to glue the slice aswell? If so id go for the F5, a soft rubber, good for glueing etc. Depends though. If you are not glueing and are going to shop the whole time then stick with the slice.

My coach started me playing with Mendo when I was young, so you could still use controlled offensive rubber (unglued )on the BH if you want to improve. If your forhand needs work i would give the glue a rest until you develope your strokes.
