I think you will do very well to get anything out of them. Bubbling occurs I think when you put too much glue, and will cause the sponge to detach. If you hadn't speed glued it, and it bubbled, you would be able to send it back, but because you speed glued it, no matter how much you put on, I recon you will be lucky. I have read on some catalogues before that the company will not accept returns on products damaged after speed glueing.
