You'll feel the extra pace if you decide to choose the Gergely 21, while the TB Spirit would feel a bit slower yet with better touch than the Waldner Diablo Senso. Though the Diablo Senso is a great blade on its own as well. Personally I think thats quite a good setup that you've got currently. I haven't tried the Sonex range but I'm guessing that they play alot like the Desto range.
