Timo Boll Spirit is a Arylate/Carbon hybrid blade, its not in the class of Viscaria or Taksim but it does have the attributes of both of those synthetic materials which means that it has good energy absorbsion from the Arylate and more springyness/power from the carbon fibres. In general, a good offensive blade.
