if u don't mind Donic rubbers i's say that if u went speed go for Desto F1 if u want if that's to fast u can try F2and even if that's too fast there's the F3.I use F1 for Forehand and Donic Vario for backhand with a Grubba Variant wood so I'd say i have a pretty good OFF- setup.if u want OFF+ find somebody else to tell u advice.
