When your opponont sees you hit a ball with the red side of your bat, he will very often, subconciously, hit the ball back with his or her red side too. This gives you a great offensive weapon: use Geospin red when you think you can better handle the red sheet on your opponent's paddle and the black side if he has a black sheet that you feel more comfortable with! No rubber other than Geospin allows you for such control! Good luck
