Well, glassfiber doesn't have that ping high-pitched effect that carbon gives you. It's pretty much just there to dampen vibration. So it feels like a composite in that it absorbes some shock. Speed is very quick. It's pretty stiff but the cork center gives it some dwell. Outer limba soft thick layers help too. It has great control on loops and adds a lot of spring. That spring also makes it hard to push though without popping up. I only recommend it for players who prefer a control loop or flip over a push almost every time. I don't generally like the feel of any of the cork blades, but this is an exception. I think that's because the glassfiber absorbs the cork feel. |
