Depends on your level. Do you want to play inverted on both sides or are you playing pips on the BH. Do you block or chop? If you have limited movement i guess you will block, so you could try playing with Hallmark super block on the BH (long pips). Thats all i can suggest for a start, but i recon cole ely is the best person to speak to.
