They are made for schutt by re-impact Germany. Very thick balsa core (three plies mostly middle ply extemely soft next balsa ply little firmer)and soft feeling. Griphalves also balsa. Quality made (extreme feedback) but I wouldn,t use one with only a single ply harder wood on top underneath thin sponged rubber or ox (to much impact on the soft balsa). In fact I can omly imagine it for near table blocking, smash and loop over table. There the softness and the light weigth is more effective. Only to be used with thinner sponge (1,8 2,0 max) cause of this softness and spring. |
