| Dr Evil is a very special rubber, very slow (I use it on both sides of a 729 Bomb to have enough speed), it has a light spin reversal, not as much as LP rubbers of course, and sometimes reacts like an anti, especially when you don't use your wrist. It can be an option to replace smooth LP when they are forbidden (in July 2008), but the style of play has to be adapted. |
