I used both of them.For me ,friction Special is better because I can attack especially float balls more easily than super Block because of the little friction on it.You can send short balls over the net easily also.Spin reversal is same. You can easily get used to it if you play Supr Block before.But the bad side is the ban of all slippery rubbers by ITTF. Bye
