I just got the hybrid wood blade recently, in penhold... I have tried a couple of stiga's blade before n this is by far the best I have come across. Couple with Bryce FX, I found it tremendously good for offensive play yet still provide good control. For mid distance, I will still say 1-ply hinoki j-pen type blade provides more power, but the hybrid wood is quite impressive as well. :)
