Focus I is a really good choice for the BH. It is semi-tacky, but actually generates mechanical spin. It's quite spinny. Another choice would be the LKT XP or XT, if you go with those, you MUST speed glue. They're extremely soft, and very spinny. If you decide not to glue, trancend or trancend cream both work well.
