| I own a Prakttismate 1 and am very happy with it. It simulates any level of opponent you'll find in tournaments, with respect to both spin and speed. It can even be set to no spin. It also allows balls to be hit to you as frequently as one every half second if you choose. Because of all its flexibility in speed, spin, and frequency, it's a great trainer for all players, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced. The oscillation feature is awesome too, allowing you to simulate real volleys. I practice on it, especially before each tournament, and I notice a definite improvement in my game. It's an amazing machine. |
