As a former Dr. Neubauer 'Super Block' user (over 4 years), I still have not found any long pip rubber that comes close.
But, after months of experimenting and spending hundreds of dollars (with various long pips, and anti-spins), I have decided that the next best thing is Tibhar's "Grass D.TecS".
Using the Ox version, it is great for blocking loops (excellent spin reversal) - but since it has some grip, you will have to adjust your blocking angle.
It is also good for close to the table chopping and pushing - but, since it has some grip, you will be imparting small amounts of backspin instead of no-spin.
It is actually better than 'Super Block' for attacking backspin / no-spin balls using the lifting technique...
If anyone who has tried this rubber found something better (that is legal), please let me know.
