Does anyone make a table tennis table that can be folded in quarters rather than just in half?

I realize this is less than ideal since it means there would be seams in the playing surface. I actually ordered a standard table and had it delivered (folded in half) but had to return it because it wouldn't fit down the cramped and twisty staircase it needed to go down. So I'm deeply frustrated and looking for alternatives.
