The 729 fx supersoft cannot IMHO hold a candle to cream/MRS when both are unglued I haven't tried the orange sponge, but the supersoft is definitely designed to be glued. Yesterday, going from the fx to the cream made the difference between winning handily against a player I normally beat and losing. I loaned the fx racket to a more defensive player, though, and his game improved.
