Except to say this. If you want the speed of bryce or the feel of sriver, there are no chinese substitutes. But in pips, there's no reason at all to pay $30 for a euro/jap brand. Well, the hallmark long pips are pretty unique (for now...that's all I'm saying on that too so don't even ask.)

I like the 802 and 799 on mrs for attacking. 802-40 is great for spinning.

Ding song used regular 802 for chopping and was very successful. Can you name a world champion that used a euro or jap brand of pips?
