I didn't ask if you used speed glue Iakov, if you do, now you have this rubber it might be worth trying it again as some rubbers work better after 2-3 layers.
If you don't it might be worth taking it off and putting 2 thick layers of normal glue on and trying again, at can speed some rubbers up.- good luck.
