To answer your last question, Wang Nan will give you the control and spin needed for RPB.

I didn't quite understand the second question but all the defenders I play with are extreme choppers so opportunities to loop against them are few. When I loop their backspin I do flip to the Wang Nan side because I can get more spin on the ball and thus the adjustment of my throw angle isn't as extreme as with the G888.

As for the first question, yes I use the backhand side for reverse penhold.

Something I noticed whilst twiddling my paddle to loop against extreme choppers is that the edge of my blade where the fingers go is sloped so that it is more comfortable to hold it.
