If you want a tacky, Chinese-styler rubber, then I would definitely recommend DHS hurricane 3 provincial. It produces more spin than any other rubber that I have ever seen or used. If you are looking for a Euro or Japanese-style rubber I would go either with Donic Baracuda or Butterfly Tenergy 05. The baracuda is considerably slower, but both produce the highest amount of spin that your racket speed can produce (given the lack of tackiness).
