"Do you think authorized dealers don't get bad sheets of rubber?" No, but I think they get less. 1) Authorized dealers are much less likely to sell counterfeit crap. Also the authorized 729 importer in the USA rejects a certain amount of product that does not meet his standards.

2) Authorized dealers are more likely to have fresh inventory. I know a local grey market dealer that is currently selling some products that are over 10 years old.

My post was never intended as a guarantied way to avoid all defective products, but merely a way to increase the chances of getting a good sheet of 837.

I do not use a crystal ball, but rather the information provided. Therefore my reasoning is not flawed but in fact sound.
