My mate uses skyline 3, Im on 2. The difference, due to high manufacturing quality is exactly what it says it is.
-Sk3 has 'slightly' harder sponge= more speed, slightly less control.
-Sk2 'slightly' harder sponge = 'slightly' less speed + a little more control.

I feel both are pretty fast in all fairness and the tackiness of the surface are almost the same (sk2 being v.v.v slightly tackier).
