The best match best played is with no doubt the match between Kalinikos Kreanga and Vladimir Samsonov in 2003 WC in Paris... A well-played 7-set match that was very close and spectacular...
I agree that Waldner is great...
he "reads" the game... (I'm not sure how you say that in english, but we in Norway say that he reads it. I mean that he can predict whats gonna happen)

I don't agree that ma lin is a very spectadular player... He always 3-ball attacks... short points. Boring. He is a good player!! no doubt, but spectacular, no.

Schlager is more spectacular even though he also plays with a lot of speed and not too many long points... It is fun to watch how he places the ball and variates the spin.

It is always fun to watch players with huge feeling, we have one in our club, he has the strangest strokes in the world, but he is good... better than me!!
