If you're having control problems, the Gatien Extra 3D is the only piece of equipment you listed that could possibly work as a solution. Everything else is either too fast or too high throw.

Short pips with 1.8 and above in sponge thickness usually bounce the ball away in such a straight line that it will either hit the net or go off the table. Inverted rubber will give a topspin arc.

Bryce is too fast for most ordinary players. If you're extraordinary, use it.

From what I've read, Hurricane 3 is both super-sticky and high arc. Factors which might combine to give you problems with service return and keeping shots on the table.

If you want control with serious spin and acceptable speed, I recommend a 729 Bomb blade with Cream MRS on the FH and Globe 999 with Japanese sponge on the BH. This combination does not require speedglue to work well.
