Hi Rocky ,I have only tried Juic Expander 11 . It is claimed that this product effective all the life of the rubber.I put Expander on Friendship 802-40.It was very fast and effective for a month but later it gradually finish.So I put another layer on it,so now every month I repeat this. I don't have any idea about Tibar Clean Tunning.
