well i am an intermediate player got secure shots and backand side spin serve and high toss serves but i have been struggling on the pendulum serve.I seem to use WAY to much arm and not the snap of the wrist,i have met gareth herbet and watched him but i cant seem to perform this technique ne advice.

ps.when i use wrist i dont "brush the and i seem to usually hit the serve too long.i cant get to grips with this brushing motion.
