like you previously mentioned,you can give a combination of topspin and sidespin,you can give a diagonal underspin as well,if you want the topspin you can give the first mentioned motion but with a little pull diagonally upside while doing the motion.practice this so that the difference in the motion can be hardly noticeable,especially when doing it in fast motion,try also to give your serve fast,slow,in different directions to confuse your opponent
