I asked them why they haven't sent by registrated post but they haven't answered my question.I wanted them the receipt they received from the post office but they said long time passed so they haven't found the receipt of the first parcel but they are going to send the receipt of the second parcel.I have been still waiting.It is obvious that this shop is not working seriously.It is not a reliable shop at all.
