Let me try to explain better.
I have Insider .6 sponge, speed meaby its as Neo Anti or litle bit slower, but much faster than Mirage, pasive blocking its difficult, but possible and dangerous, its easier to chop-block or blocking moving forward, I think with this rubber its more dangerous the active block than the pasive.

The best part I can attack with ease, easier than Mirage and more dangerously.
Another tink, you can put or take off the opponents spin and this its a great advantage over the frictionless,
and I think its all I can say because I only tried for 2 times and its hard to me to write in english.
