Actually, the only place to get it is in the US. It's produced esp for the the US distributor. I was one of the first...really the first to play with it. I used to have to glue it myself.

The problem with it is that it's only in 2.2 and lately it's been pretty hard and fast. This makes it not a good beginner rubber, yes, along with the fact that it's tacky.

However, it is a great control rubber that does everything well if you know how to use it.
