Well, if your opponents avoid your forehand, then you have to learn to step around, like Jerry says, so that you play with your forehand on the "backhand" side of the table. The best thing to do is to train in regularity, with a robot or a sparring partner, and make exercises to improve your side movements, e.g : your partner plays one ball in your forehand, one ball in the middle and one ball in your backhand, and you have to play them all with your forehand. |
