How do you know? Maybe this guy is a chopper? Maybe he like to push with is forehand and anti looking for a popup that he can hit. I don't think you can blanket say that he needs speed glue, or that he should use a glue effect rubber. If he'd said he was a power looper on the forehand, then yeah, maybe. But if he's a defensive player the WORST thing he could put on his forehand would be desto.
