i worked in customer service for the number one golf company and our policy was to replace ANYTHING that the customer said failed during normal use. im only telling you this to say GO TO THE MANUFACTURER or distributor. most likely if you call them directly, they will replace it, if the service rep wont do it, ask for a manager...you'll get a new one.
