Antibanner,as far as I know Joola Badman is not banned.I remembered very well that ITTF banned that rubber on the first list and Megaspin net put it on sale and after it is out of stock,ITTF changed and put it on the approved rubber list again.So it is legal now.But Inferno is a banned rubber.But nowadays they only control VOC glue in the tournaments.Think a tournament with 100 players.The Umpire has been spending at least two hours to control VOC glue.Than if they control banned pips ,they will need at least one hour more.Today approved rubber list is very strange too.You can not see the name of banned rubbers,just see tha approved rubbers .So you have to chck more carfully ,to find.Thanks
