I heard that the shortage of hinoki are those higher grade ones. So Senkoh should be the same, but we may expect a bit lower grade on Cypress I think. I also heard that Ryu is no longer sponsored by Butterfly. Is that why Butterfly stop the production of Ryu blade ?

Btw, just going to pass the information on CPL 10mm. My father got this blade, and his review compare to normal CPL :
Speed- about the same.
Control- maybe the same or a bit better.
He expected to have a better feeling and speed on 10mm but disapointed.
